| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | if eye surgery camps are charity why govt is paying money to surgeon and subordinate staff.needy persons are always ready to pay minimal amount. There is always shortage of surgeons /camps to perform tubectomy operation at all levels that is why patients are willing to pay back incentive money to doctor /pharmacist in fear that they will be sent back without camp/tubectomy operation. The information regagarding incentive money , role of surgeon and subordinate staff should be clearly displyed at notice board /enterance of hospital |
| Suggestion 2: | Ngo are collecting money propagating that we will provide free service including refreshment both in case of blood donation and eye surgery. does Govt provides moneteryhelp for above said procedure. WHY it is not propogated. money alloted for propogation is embezeled by govt fficial concerned.Is there any record available with govy.Is it officiaaly published if not why? |
