| 2. Services that were sought: | Detail of the Officers above Deputy Registrar of C.H.SCTY. MHADA and Div. Registrar at Malhotra house to appeal agaist the order issued by them without giving chance to put my justification verbally because they have not refered the documents given by me as Anx. with my Rev. Application. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | Society has demanded my contribution for unauthotised / illegal office constructed by scty. And audit fee for 12 yrs. where scty has not audited the account. Such amount is recovered U/S 101 Recovery from me after both register have passed the order inspite my appeal with relevant document to them |
| 4. Bribe amount: | sice I am agaist of bribe, I have not managed them so they have not consider my appeal genuinly |
| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | Not at all. I am fighting with my scty. to bring out corruption and irregularities but since Govt. has given power which they are misusing in such case of individual members fight. |
| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | Yes I can get it done if detail about the higher officers contact addresses are given to me for further appeal and complaint against the unjustifiable delay or not giving enough time for my justifcn. |
| 6. Result: | I have paid such illegal dues under strong protest because filing retpitision in high court is costly compare to the amount paid to society. Secondly the details are not available to fight in person |

| Details of Content: | Various details of the previous cases where member fight against the Society for 101 recovery case so we can det some references to prepare our case strongly. |
| D: My Suggestions | |
| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | Some of the cases of 101 recovery should be easily available either on chargable or free by NGO on Net etc. |
| Suggestion 2: | Power of all Registrares and recovery officers should be reduce to stop them misusing their power and giving bias dicision against the applicant. Secondly registrr should give thier judjment within 3 to 4 hearing because most of the edjournment are given because of non availability of registrars. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | We should allow to approach the vigelence office. and consern minister at mantralaya. All such authorities addresses should be easily available at all registrar office or Board should be display like displaid in Incone Tax office etc. |

| Suggestion 1: | They should search on the Internet or appeal the NGO to provide such information on net to get the detail easily. because advocates are not giving such details openly. |
