| 3. Problem/s I faced: | Manage tender, Demand 30% of orderd value, Office time only 2 to 3 days in a week, Drink at office |
| 4. Bribe amount: | every supplier pay 20 to 30 % of orderd value |
| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | Yes, No oficial people co-operate for realisng my due payments, situation is still same at this time material supply before 5 months but till date payments not recieved tender is also rejected . |
