| 2. Services that were sought: | registeration as doctor after medical undergraduate & postgraduate degree |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | charge Rs 1000 extra as a shagun(tip) for getting registration certificate, firstly i refused to pay then i am not given certificate all other student of my class who given this tip given their certificate even without going to the office please help us |
| 4. Bribe amount: | RS 1000per student means it coasts arround 150000 extra for our batch to registered |
| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | yes, it become demand of situation because i am a middle class student & come from other city for registeration i am unable to afford prolonged stay in lucknow |
