| 3. Problem/s I faced: | Building plans are sanctioned on account of bogus Documents submitted by the builder. Even writing to the Municipal Commissioner didnot help. I have filed similar RTI Applications regarding the same issue but no action was taken on the developer. The case is currently under hearing in Small Causes C |

| Suggestion 1: | To check the authenticity of the documents before sanctioning the building plans. So that common man doesnot face trouble. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | How the building plans are sanctioned without verifying the authenticity of the documents. Bogus documents are submitted by the builder M/s Chandiwala Enterprises to get the building plans sanctioned. |
