Corporate Governance has given a subject of frequent discussion and debate, both in corporate and government angles. Many Committees had been set up and recommendations made, some mandatory and some non mandatory, in the past.
Even after a decade of its conceptualization, there is apparent short comings in the policies. We have with us to talk on the subject, Shri Atul M Desai, Partner in Kanga & Co., leading Advocates and Solicitors and Shri Anjani K Agrawal, Partner, RAS of Ernst & Young.
