January 01 – 10: Indore: Request for an opportunity to work in your NGO for a week

Im pursuing my MBA course in IIM Indore. As part of our curriculum, we have to work in an NGO for a week during our vacation (1^st Jan, 2009 to 10^th Jan, 2009) to become more aware of and sensitive towards social problems. I looked up several institutes and found that you do excellent work for destitute children. I have previously worked on a social project in Indore to find employment opportunities for school dropouts and working for your organization seems an extension of my previous project.

However, I need to fulfill certain course requirements.

· First, at the end of the week, I would require a certificate stating that I completed my tenure. Can you issue one for me?

· Second, I need to know the schedule of your institute operates as Ill have to inform my professors about it.

If you can give me the necessary details, I can approach my professors here and secure necessary permission. Just to remind you, Ill be arriving in Mumbai on 1^st Jan and can join you from 2^nd Jan. Kindly let me know if itll be possible for me to do my project with you.
