December 13 – 19: Mumbai: Art Exhibition

Aseema Charitable Trust – An Education Centre for Underprivileged Children – is organizing an Exhibtion of children’s art and products made from it from 13 – 19 December 2008. The paintings in this exhibition have been created by the very talented child artists of Aseema Room 13. This art studio subscribes to the ‘Room 13’ philosophy which gives children a lot of freedom in their creative expression. The children learn through an exposure to various mediums, art forms and artists, and create work of high quality.

In addition to these paintings, the exhibition will also showcase and sell a wide range of products created from the children’s art such as trays, mugs, bags, pen stands, notebooks, cards, calendars and much more.

This exhibition, titled ‘AWAKENING’, will be held at Indusvista Art Gallery, Bombay Mutual Chambers, 19/21 Ambalal Doshi Marg, Fort, Mumbai 400001. Timings – 13 December: Inauguration at 7 p.m.;

14-18 December: (11.30 a.m. – 7.30 p.m.) &

19 December: (11.30 a.m. – 2 p.m.).
