| 1. Period of incident: | 2009 – Jun |
| 2. Services that were sought: | I required to solve my problems.Offender members are doing business activities from Residential Area.My requisitions are transferred by The President of India’s Office to concerned department but no action is initiated.I have total 4 confirmed requisitions from President of India’s office. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | I/We resident members are undergoing immense torture due to commercial activities from Residential Area at our Co-OP Hsg Society at Borivali(west) |

| Suggestion 1: | Government should simplify procedure in such a manner that common man can just dial local police stations telephone or Local Municipality Office numbers to take immediate action.Law or statute must be changed so that corrupted government officers can not take advantage of any loop-hole in the system. |
| Suggestion 2: | I wish very stringent legal proceeding must be initiated against all corrupted officers. They do not respect requistion / petitions transferred by The Respected President of India and The National Human Rights Commission.They are thinking themselves above any Law of the State.They are simply ignoring the Human Rights Granted by Constitution, |
