B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2008 – Dec

2. Services that were sought:	Registry of Land

3. Problem/s I faced:	When I and my father went to get registered our purchased plot and at the time of paying registry fees. The Cashier who used to collect registry fees whispered me to give bribe. He does’t take money directly in his hand, whole dept including office staff and registrar office are indulge in this.

4. Bribe amount:	Not Declared but people used to give 1000-2000 rs.

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	Yes 1000 Rs.

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	1st time we did’nt pay but second time they put hurdles in registry. So in compultion my father had to pay 1000 rs.

Details of Content:	In Both the registry office Ind and IInd which I mentioned above, whole staff inculding registrar’s are indulge in bribe take for registring any plot or land.

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	Respected Sir, I believe if our system will not get changed then the change in procedure/technology or any other change will not work. Very first a very strong law must be ment against corruption that a common people can easily and with very less formality can log a complaint . Very necessary is voluntarily at the end of corruption department self actions should be taken, if a smell of corruption is coming out of any govt department they should take initiatives at their end. As I told above, I went to corruption department and talked to the officials also but the formalities were very complicated so I pulled out my hand to log a complaint. But this is very well known by the corrpution department now that such kind of illegal activites are going on and that too under their nose but no initiative have been taken reason may due to some weakness in our law and system. 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	1. Anti Corruption Team Should Take Initiatives at their End.

Suggestion 2:	There should be a POTA like law.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	1. With a Complaint necessary actions to be taken without any other complicated formalities.
