| 3. Problem/s I faced: | the income tex officer has added the purchase as profit and raised the demand of 50 lakh where it should be 2 lack and asked for bribe |
| 4. Bribe amount: | 3 lack |

| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | no does not look like as this they are doing to every gem and jewellery dealer and making a minting machin |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | as there are already this case where ito has raised the demand and in high court more then 10 case has won but it is just harresment and a way to get money and that is why this industry in jaipur is dying and ito are making money and harressing the small vendors liek us .they should give us clear instruction that if this cases has been lost by the department why they are doing it again and again so it should be mention a circuler should be sent to the depatrment |
| Suggestion 2: | there should be contact e mail i d where one can complain or send the gravince as even the higher autority in jaipur doesnot take care of it so there should be a email id of finance ministry where on e can discuss there trouble i really can not understand there is no e mail id if some one want to contact finance ministry |
