B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2009 – Jun

2. Services that were sought:	corruption,partiality and discrimination should be stopped

3. Problem/s I faced:	facing transfer from present post without tenure completion i.e witih a span of 4 months government law states not to transfer for a period of atleast 3 years.

4. Bribe amount:	Rs 55000/- plus frequent trips to mumbai to meet mediators to get the work done.

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	no.

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	as i did not pay the bribe i was transferred

6. Result:	presently the matter is subjudice but past experience suggests court usually rules in govt favour by making observations favourble to government.if we go to higher court usually we donot get relief

Details of Content:	as the court has discretionary powers.even if the govt is found to be at fault the observations are made by the judges that favour govt labelled as govt can do anything anytime in public interest




D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	1.their should be no discrimination 2.rules should be followed properly 3.the rules should be interpreted properly and applied to all in good spirit . one should not single out aspecific person( because the sufferer has to spend money hire a lawyer and move to court leading to harassment of innocent govt servants) and the indian judiciary is least interested in helping the sufferers they pass the order such as these types of exigencies arise and their is no injustice done to you today injustice is done by courts itself the sufferer next time doesnt approach court he also indulges himself in paying bribe and in this way a new person is targeted 4.RTI act should be followed

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	in mantralaya and DHS office the undersecretaries/AO are collecting money openly what advice we can give

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	PLEASE DO NOT PAY BRIBE

E: I am not ready to reveal contact details because
BEING FROM A MINORITY COMMUNITY TRASNFER TO SUCH A PLACE WHERE IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO DO DUTY AT THIS STAGE AS WE ALSO HAVE CHILDRENS AND HAVE TO LOOK AFTER THEIR STUDIES.
