| 2. Services that were sought: | We purchased one industrial plot of size of 1708 Mtrs in may 2007 in Kishangarh Marble are phase-V. We paid 85% of the plot till march 2009. Whe we started construction of the boundary walls . He stopped us to do that. Now he is telling that your plot size is reduced. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | He came with 10 people to threaten us to stop us the constrution of the boundary walls without having any written order. By misusing the powers under Amnesty scheme to reduce the measurement of my plots. Despite repeated letters and emails to RIICO head office they are not responding to our complain |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | To draft any scheme for public interest in mind and not create any loopholes in the scheme. Not to give any power to lower level officials to misue for his personal advanatge. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | To review the measurements size of all the adjoining indsutrial plots falling situated on the main makrana road in the kishangarh marble areas phase-V. To issue directions to Regional Manager, RIICO Kishangarh, MD RIICO and advisor Infrastructure to give us the possession of our total measurement size of 1708 mtrs so that we can begin our project. |
