3. Problem/s I faced:	Exports and Imports data being sold illegally and freely

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?

6. Result:	This is the first complaint and i am looking forward to the action.

Details of Content:	Exports and imports data being sold freely and illegally which is serious threat to the thrid party interest.




D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	There are a few companies of kolkatta who are openly approaching for exports and imports data for kolkatta and other Indian ports for a nominal charges. One such company is Mahavir Law House Mr. Girish Mehta , Tel no : 32997981,9831003908. Strict legal action should be taken against such people along with the people of customs dept to ensure curb on such illegal activities.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	Strict legal action should be taken against such people along with the people of customs dept to put a curb on such illegal activities

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	Exim community should be vigilant against any such criminal activity and bring it to limelight
