| 2. Services that were sought: | Buy a electricity transfer form |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | The form and the bond required for the electricity transfer costs around Rs 150, Its printed on the form itself. However the officials charge anywhere between Rs 180-200. Refusing to pay the amount they say the form will not be sold and redirects customer to main office which id 12 kms away. |

| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | yes – The only other option is to travel another 12kms into the city. |

| Suggestion 1: | Make sure that every form sold out has a bill accompanied with it. This will force official to give a written receipt. |
| Suggestion 2: | Make sure the same form is available in Bangalore One centers, which are really customer friendly |

| Suggestion 1: | Fight and ask a question why we need to pay, If 10 ppl ask they will think twice the next time |
