| 2. Services that were sought: | Builder of HM Glenville 7th Cross Vasantnagar, violated the sanctioned plan converted parking lot to flats and health club. Wanted Authorities to disconnect power to these unauthorised cons. and demolish them. Restore the entry/exit to that sanctioned |

Problem/s I faced: | Case went to Lok Ayukta but he was outfoxed by builder who engineered for BBMP to serve him notice, he appealed to Court and got a stay exparte as corporation lawyers did not appear in the matter. They made gardens in place of entry and created a dangerous entry/exit on crowded road. Police NO Actio |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | 1. Close unauthorised entry/Exit and have the one sanctioned reopened.+ disconnect power to the unauthorised construction. they are vacant and Club is not used as residents do not want to be part of scam |
| Suggestion 2: | Action againgst Conniving officials should be taken |

| Suggestion 1: | Punish the guilty Engineers, Lawyers who allowed exparte stay to be granted and Bescom Engineer for giving connections to unauthorised connections, ARO who registered sale deed without sanctioned plan being attached |
