| 2. Services that were sought: | Police was filing a case against me for talking to my fiance in public. I had to stop complications |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | I was taken to station and was asked to sign on a paper with writings in Kannada |
| 4. Bribe amount: | Rs. 500 |
| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | Yes. As my fiances name and reputation was involved, my friends insisted me to settle the issue. |
| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | By going to the court and clearing the mess, which would have coasted me more money and time and tensions |
| 6. Result: | I was relieved without any complaint being lodged. And with that, no proof that I was taken to the station. |
