| 3. Problem/s I faced: | I Parked my vehicle in No parking zone and it was towed. I struggled to find the proper location whrer my vehicle was taken as there was no info if it is towed or stolen. there was some kind scribble with a chalk on the place where my vehicle was parked. Some one told me the meaning of that. |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | Why can’t we have penality slip issuance system at the place of incident like hte place where vehicle was parked. Also the fine for each offence shld be displayed in the boards at different places as no one in India trusts police as they are highly corrupt and we are not suire what receipt he is preparing. the penalities for different offences shld be published in papers on net and or official sites and displayed on roads at appropriate locations. |

| Suggestion 1: | All the traffic police chokis / station shld have cctv cam monitored by ACB and Media shld have access to them so t hat they can make the corruption public. |

| Suggestion 1: | Please demand a proof of the basis of penality like a chart / don;t be afriad of Police as they take that advantage and try to threaten you to get money from you. |
