1. Period of incident:	2008 – Oct

2. Services that were sought:	Purchase of Stamp Paper

3. Problem/s I faced:	Constantly out of stock at the designated branches of SBM (checked at Indiranagar 12th Main Branch). However, they seem to be available with private agents, who demand much higher value than the actual value of the stamp paper. It seems that a new stamp papaer scam is in operation.

4. Bribe amount:	All amounts on stamp paper

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	No

6. Result:	Could not get the stamp paper
