| 2. Services that were sought: | I married on 10th July, 08. I have received my marriage certificate. I have all my requierd documents for adding my wife`s name in my ration card.But,He was asking me 1,000 Rs for adding name of my Wife. He then directed me to an Agent saying that if you go to him, we may do it for Rs.500. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | They said, if no bribe then, it may take one month or six months for name change |
| 4. Bribe amount: | 1000 |
| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | No….But, If no action is taken in 1 week, I`ll have to pay bribe, since it is urgent for me to add my wife`s name in my ration card |

| Suggestion 1: | Transperancy in all the processes. Legal action against Rationing officers. |

| Suggestion 1: | Using IT (Software) for Rationing office. IT enabled name change process, adding name process, issuing of ration cards, etc. |
| 3. For other citizens: | |
| Suggestion 1: | Dont give bribe. Act against them. Take their pictures from your mobile camera. And expose them in public. |
