B: My Complaint Details | |
1. Period of incident: | 2008 – Aug |
2. Services that were sought: | i had applied for certified copies for a suit and also of an odrer passed by judge in an appeal. |
3. Problem/s I faced: | a lot of problem because the system which lays the rules breaks the rule so its not possible for an ordinary citizen to compete. bribing is there at all levels. they delay ur work. no proper manners. lazy in work. the moment u refuse to give money the wouldnt get ur work done. they are so unorganised |
4. Bribe amount: | a clerk would ask for atleast 200rs n more depending on the situation |
5 a. Was the bribe paid? | no i didnt that is the reason i havent got my doccuments yet. and without bribing them it is not not at all possible to get your work done. |
5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | its only possible if the higher authority take any severe actions against them. best option would be put a cc tv and monitor them so the cant take any bribe. make them computer literate please . |

Details of Content: | R.A.E & R suit not 172/1083 of 1970 and also an order passed on 30/4/92 in appeal no 286/1987 in the same suit which had seperate trial. |
D: My Suggestions | |
1. For head of government department: | |
Suggestion 1: | first of all make them computer literate and transfer all the data of the suit and cases on the computer so it becomes very easy to get. train the clerks especially how to keep the record sysyematically. speeden up the process by giving the certified copies within a weeks time by proper co ordination. well if the doccuments are kept properly and are recorded in computer properly then its not possible that that doccument gets misplased. important step would be put cctv and monitor it properly so can keep the record of everything. this would surely reduce constrains on both government and d citizens and also would reduce bribery to a very great extent. well with proper training given to the staff and with systematic functioning things can go really good. since we are in the 21st century website is a must with proper details and guidence. there should be proper singboards for direction and also proper information as its so unclear in any court you go one would get lost. |
Suggestion 2: | best option would be plan everything properly. make departments accordingly. well the departments inter related should be near by. store all the datas on the computer i.e everything including the order copies. u can do it through scanning all doccuments. later destroy the all papers many years old. if someone would want its certified copies you got the date on your computer. give it from there. this would increase efficiency and would create more space for new matters in the record dept. |
Suggestion 3: | have a computer in the record dept have literare staff and one can apply there for rti and de can give us in widin no tym also have xerox dept init so it will save time. for this give them sufficient space. for a certified copy i have to goto d the copyin dept der i apply she will check then u goto regestration office get a stam n sign n come back n pay the fees in copyin dept den it will goto record dept den from there it will goto xerox n den it will come in copyin dept. club dem under 1 roof |
2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
Suggestion 1: | have regular checks on them have a suprise visit. see that they work efficiently. make sure the staff are literate and follow the rules and regulation properly. have a cctv every where. monitor it properly so u can nab the culprit and they dont have any chance for taking a bribe. aware the citizens of their rights encourage them to report their problems with your full support. this will scare the person how takes bribes wouldnt commit such mistake again. punish them. have a dept in the govt. bldg itself where one can report n take can take action against the currupt. the should also monitor everything this will increase efficiency and govt. wud get the trust and faith of d citizens. |

Suggestion 1: | report the problems faced by us. de humble as the govt employees have alot of responsibilities by providing them proper information n support. |
