| 3. Problem/s I faced: | My car was unnecessarily stopped and bribe of Rs. 50 asked for. Upon denial a fine note of Rs.100 was charged u/s. 177 without explanation vide rec. 0814964 on 19.9.2008. I was carrying valid licence, RC book and seat belt on. |
