Problem/s I faced: | Mental harassment since 2005, and the Department and its resources are misutilised by its head Dr M.A.Khan to render special benefits to a specific community and torture the other few empl0yees. The atmosphere of the department is being polluted by Dr M.A. Khan by making undesirable deeds in the dep. |

| Details of Content: | Several complaints and scandals, misbeviour having reported by several victims and well wisher of the University , however no actions have been taken by the competent authority of the University. |
| D: My Suggestions | |
| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | All the paid bills and store record should checked abruptly so that the culprit can not manipulate the things or record. The chief of the University should hear the problems of the few employees being exploited by few corrupt and biased officers. Few of the officers providing communal benefits to down-troding the other staff members, should be interogated and punished to abolish such a ill practice. The behavioural history of such a employees should be taken into consideration and present activity may yawnned for few months. |
| Suggestion 2: | Any renovation or construction work done by the private contractors were given to the specific community that can be exposed by taking name of the contractors. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | 1. All the bills and project papers should be ceased abruptly and thereafter the investigation should be started to avert the chances of manipulation by the culprit. 2. Most of the fake bills are prepared by the relatives of Dr. M.A. Khan and payment made from the project involving few acountants and others. 2. Behaviour in the department may be asked with the faculty or non teaching emplyee the take the feedback. 3. Everytime the biased or community specific decisions are being taken by Dr Khan and devastating the conducive and friendly atmosphere of the department. |
| Suggestion 2: | University Should not be intemated through a letter in advance. If any enquiry is being setup, no university officials should be involved to keep the interogation fair. Source of Income and Bank account should be taken into consieration. |

| Suggestion 1: | Such a non deserving persons like Dr Mazid Ali Khan must be remove to prevent irrepairable damage of such a great institute and to creat encouragive and conducive atmosphere for teaching research and extension. |
