1. Subject:	Bribery

3. Details:	Had been to Mahada for transfering the Owner’s name. But the officials out there were constantly making us run around, and we couldnt see any reasons.. Finally my dad asked if they wanted to take bribe.. and that moment the offical spoke and gave dad an amount over and above the transfer fees.. And he was not the only one that was getting the share.. He was talking on behalf of the entire Team.. Sorry to mention but even the Main boss. or there Manager was even a part of it.. Initially we declined to pay.. so he made my dad make more trip to the office unnecesarly.. And so finally dad had to pay the amount and once the amount was paid our work was done within a week.. I guess Goverment official are paid enough so why take the amount from us.. We are as it getting the brunt from all sides… I think someone should look at this and fix it.. Bribery is starting from small level so obviosly cant expect any leader who wouldnt take bribery… I am sure there are so many people dealing with this every day.. but have no courage to speak up and tightly pointed out by my dad.. That if you speak up.. You will have to bear the brunt.. But i guess someone will have to initiate…

6. Solution desired:	Get the systems Online.. So that no one will have to goto them and there will be no contact.. So no case of bribary will ever arise in this case.

C: My Suggestions
1. For the organisation:	Use of techonology


2. For the public:	They have no choice untill the officials are exposed.. Or people stop saying NO.

3. For government:	Please make use of Techonology.. This will reduce the amount of paper work.. And also help saving Paper and as everything will be online no case of bribary will arise.
