The Campaign 99999 is: Ninth year of this century (2009), ninth month (September), ninth day (9th date), at nine pm (9pm) will be lights out for nine minutes. ‘99999 Lights Out’ is a planned campaign to be conducted all over India in awareness for the global climatic changes taking place. This campaign is under the Initiative of ExNoRa International.
