Our NGO Aham Bhumika was registered on 30th August 2007.
We are just one year old NGO.Our members have worked in NGOs to learn how to teach the slum children, how to handle the disabled children.we have organised one health check up camp in slums and two awareness progarmmes on enviornment.We are runnning one free educational centre for the slum children since last 4 months.
Presently we have launched a massive campign with the help of volunteers for the Bihar flood relief.
We started this on last saturday i.e. on06.09.08 with a small press confrence and from 07.09.08 Sunday our 8 collection centres at different places of Bhopal have started working .We are urging the people to donate clothes and packed food for the flood affetced people of Bihar.The reponse is tremendous and this is our 3rd day of campaign . we have received a lot of clothes .One Saturaday or on Monady we are trying to organise one rally making appeal to the masses to come forward. We are in touch with NGO Goonj, Mr. Anshu Gupta . We will send the material to Goonj at Saharsa and goonj will distribute the same .
