B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	Before 2007

2. Services that were sought:	Remove the Unauthorized Khats (stalls) From M.A.Road, Madanpura

3. Problem/s I faced:	no Action

4. Bribe amount:	Every week The Bribe amount is payed by the Khat owner to the officers of ‘E’ward (BMC).

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?

6. Result:	No result.

C: Additional Informtion attached
Details of Content:	The unauthorized Khat(stall) owner say they pay “Haffta” to the BMC offi cers. Even i have seen that people come and take money from them. thats way they are not removing those Khats from there.




D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	Its been more then 50 years of India’s independence. Please make those officers to do there jobs. What I think is every one should do there job in government department.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	Please do the needful. I don’t know weather this complaint will do any impact or not.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	I have no Idea because I’m suffering from this from 8 to 10 years

They will leek the information to those Khat wallas. they are local gundas, it will not good for me.
