| 3. Problem/s I faced: | the people who get this go to banks based on this fake it files for housing Loan from banks and then these banks issue informal approval letters. They are sowing seeds for sub-prime morgagte which Usa has faced last year |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | Please stop issuing Pan no & Allowing Income tax files based on old 3 years returns and also make the rbi to instruct banks not to issue such informal sanction letters and also to report compulsary in bold if issued that this is not a sanction letter it may or may not be sanctioned. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | to Investigate the case and book these finance agents who take 3/5 % commision to arrange these letters from pvt & psu banks |

| Suggestion 1: | Dont entertain such brokers or parties who have informal housing Loan approval letters and report to the concerned govt offices for the same which i did it with rbi & Income tax office but till date neither have replied or taken action or given any press report so has approched karmayoga.org |
