B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2009 – Nov

2. Services that were sought:	water supply.

3. Problem/s I faced:	Women from 3 A.M. Night daily searching a single drop of Water for babies overa 6 month in most of the following Area at Govandi. Lotus Colony, Shivaji Nagar, BaiganWadi, Baba Nagar, Gautam Nagar etc. And the Offices(Dukaan) of Corporators are closed from a time.There is no water tank facilities.

4. Bribe amount:	More than 10000 for connection

5 a. Was the bribe paid?

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	NO,No chance

6. Result:	Nagar sevak offices closed and only….. 5-10 minute dirtiest water supply . daily they are announcing that “kal bahot pani aeyega, be fiqar raho”

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	Poor people are the part of this country . they are the needs of India, like if you have car so their should be tyre on the car. because than who will contact the road or dirty things for moving. So plz end the poors problem not the poor peoples.

Suggestion 2:	Now the shivaji Nagar corporator ward-129 becomes a member or chairmain in BMC (M-ward) and also he has undertaken a Slaughter House (Deonar) and making a money and office(dukaan) is closed

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	plz!!!!!!!!!. After the MLA Election in govandi there is not shortage and totally stoped of water supply on most of the Area. Why they are playing with the people for their need.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	Avoid miss use of Water and supports the people against a government corruptions and dont give vote for corruptors.
