Address of the government organisation: | on 30/11/2009 at around 5.34 AM 1 trailer no MH06 AC 5471 coming from the mulund checknaka in side mumbai city at around 5.44AM I called vegilance control room and told them about the trailer . without paying the OCTRIAafter that I called up Chaugla officer on his cell no 9892485017 and inform about the trailer without OCTRIA and after that the agent of the OCTRIA naka paid the OCTRIA and he paid the money after 5 55AM till then the octria was not paid can the trailer can enter inside thecity |

| 2. Services that were sought: | the OCTRIA rules says that before entering the city the vechile has to pay the OCTORIA and then enter if it is found without octoria penelty is 10 times then why this vechile was allowed to pay the only 18000/- insteated of 180,000/- |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | this is a big loss to my goverment and why we should pay the salary to the staff how dont work properly I feel such officer should be punished with suspension |
