2. Services that were sought:	Removal of illegal encroachment by huts, shots etc. and action against cutting of trees etc.

3. Problem/s I faced:	Due to large encroachment at Sadguru Niwas, Behind Datta Mandir, Hira Nagar Bus Stop, Goregaon-Mulund Link Road, Mulund West, Mumbai, local residence facing accute problems regarding health, social injurious to life

4. Bribe amount:	Not known but surely involved

6. Result:	No action is been taken by the concerned authority
