B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2009 – Jan

2. Services that were sought:	1.Redressal of long pending demand of allocation of raw-material for our registered NPK mixture manufacturing unit at Forbesganj .in the wake of HC Patna Order and GOI directives. 2.action agaisnt insane DAO,Araria who lodged FIR without validity of law on our wholeseller firm M/s Shiwnarayan Chi

3. Problem/s I faced:	not able to run our unit in the absence of regular allocation from govt. side although GOI directive and HC order is there. Insane and callous behaviour of these officers have landed us in to deep problem of facing invaid charge of misuse of subsidy ,FIR lodged by DAO Araria in violation of

4. Bribe amount:	DAO demanded 2 lac for not lodging FIR Court case pending agaisnt him in Araria

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	No , we do not have any such arrangement.We reported the matter to the local P.S. also.Filed complaint cases agaisnt the DAO ,Araria

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	No . The DAO Araria cancelled our wholeseller firm licence without lawful reason and put us to humiliation by drum beating through his letters to all and sundry ,has misused his office of DAO

6. Result:	Appeal filed with APC , no visible action taken , Deepika Pudda wanted to circullate HC order to the field level. B. Rajendra stopped the same and has endorsed the malafide action of DAO ,Araria

Details of Content:	by letter no.394 dated 12.2.2009 . asked the DAO to lodge FIr agaisnt our wholeseller firm squarely agaisnt law and justice . He has made FIR a a great tool to harass people

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	Honest people from agriculture cadre should be posted for assumimg the post of as high an office as Director of Agriculture, as he will be well conversant with the procedures to be followed before going .in for penal action in cases of lapses committed by dealers,manufacturers B. Rajendra has acted insanely and has thrown all the laws and directives of HC as well as of GOI to the wind and people of his character should not be evr allowed to act in the manner he has as he has become mad due to the powers he has been vested with as an IAS officer . He has used his lobbying characteristics to get Deepika Pudda transferred with the help of …………….feeding junk to the C.M. and has abused his verable cadre of IAS. Only despots have been behaving as he has . By his actions it seems we are living in a country like Rwanda where IDI Amin type monsters rule human beings who caused untold miseries to the population . It seems Bihar is a separate country and and

Suggestion 2:	of Free Democratic country of India .Redressal of grievances has become as difficult in Bihar as finding pearls in deep seas. Deepika Pudda out of fear of the Chief…….……..could not order for a repreive as she was chided like as if she was a very small fry in front a mighty person like B. Rajendra. My so many times approach to B. Rajendra proved futile and his behaviour was such that I was forced to think that we are only worms of the drain and not required by the society.

Suggestion 3:	We want to shut down our operation in Bihar than to be taught and governed by such oppressive rulers like as I have mentioned about the three persons. We want appropriate /adequate compensation from the government against our capital invested over creation of infrastructure of our industrial unit and the years of hardship and turmoil we faced to build up image of our pruducts namely HARASONA DHANVARSHA . We shall not live in place where ilk of B. Rajendra and insane Sanjay Singh and

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	We do not want anything than to beg for compensation equal to our years of toil and the capital invested over the building of our factory and other allied structures.
