Adhunik plan to catalyse community development around its plant through several welfare initiatives such as regular medical check-up centers where free medicines and medical attention are provided. For the development of rural areas around the plants, the Company set up tube-wells, bore-wells and electric poles; it also provides irrigation facilities to village farmers. The Company set up several traffic parks for the beautification of ved-vyas, an area en route to the plants. To carry out these initiatives, the Company formed an NGO called Nav Nirman Sanstha in 2006-07
