One of the tasks of the NGO Core Committee is to create a Dossier on the NGO’s working towards ensuring educational progress of marginalized children. The main purpose of this is to have a data of resources that NGO’s can offer in various areas of Mumbai and then assess what schools need, at the BMC’s Public Participation Cell level and then accordingly facilitate distribution of resources.
Some of you have already registered in the NGO Focus Group and we do have the forms but there have been some changes as we need more intensive information on activities that each one of us is doing along with the area and name of the schools. Kindly take out some time and fill up this form. Please send the document in hard as well as soft copy to Karmayog.
This data would be collated and given to the BMC Department as a one point reference to NGOs work in education and their work area.
Also do forward it to as many NGO’s you know (working on education) so that we do not miss out any one.
