Population First

Population First is an NGO working on Population and health issue within the framework of social development and women’s rights. Under this project, we have been working in Shahapur block of Thane district, where in we are using various PRA (participatory rural appraisal) techniques to help people understand the development process, their role in the same and how they can go about it.

As part of our activity we are also planning to start a centre which will disseminate knowledge on various issues related to women, children and youth. Unfortunately the funds available with us for the same are limiting us from catering to people in a better way.  We have a list of requirements  which I am enclosing herewith.  We request you to kindly put up the same on your website.  If there are some kind donors with you, who would like to donate their used material for the centre it would be of great help to us in our endevour.
