| 2. Services that were sought: | Acceptance of the payment of Rs. 2500/- for the annual rent of Broadband Connection. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | Broadband connection charge for the whole year at a time is not taking by the concerned department and refused in a rough manner, by telling ‘ I am very busy now every thing will be done after a few days – go now’. As a result i have to pay Rs. 250/- per mointh instead of Rs. 2500/- p.a. |

| Suggestion 1: | All the staff who are dealing with thw customers should be soft spoken and polite, they should not be rough. Government should check this by sending IB/CBI in civil dress and like general customer. |
