2. Services that were sought:	Commercial Taxes Department authorised for collect VAT and assessment issue to Concerning Firm.

3. Problem/s I faced:	The CTO don’t want to work without bribe.

4. Bribe amount:	50000

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	No

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?

6. Result:	He will don’t co-operate untill pay bribe.

1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	Terminate Concerning Officer/Clerk on single wrriten complain.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	In every Govt. Department a cell of ACB must be available for watch on working of Govt. Employee.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	Never Pay Bribe and direct approach to complain cell.
