B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2009 – Oct

2. Services that were sought:	law should be same for all.

3. Problem/s I faced:	recently the muncipla cooperation/SDM of town has issued a notice to demolish the illegally constructed houses in the town but all the illegal houses are not broken . only the poor people houses got broken . those who are paying under the table there houses are still safe . Why there is injustice ?

4. Bribe amount:	not sure

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	no

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	no we have lost our property

6. Result:	no action has been taken. by SDM of the town the application was over looked.

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	law should be same for all poor and rich should not be discriminate.

Suggestion 2:	supervisor and spy should be appointed to look in the matter.

Suggestion 3:	victim should be given a chance to hear his/her appeal should not be over looked.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	sudden and unexpected query should be set for all those who are working in this department.

Suggestion 2:	proper investigation must be done by outside officials.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	please be united against the corrupt dept. do not entertain these corrupt people by paying them any thing.

Suggestion 2:	learn to fight for your right
