| 2. Services that were sought: | charity commissioner to ensure that functioning of Sasmira trust is as per law. other departments to examine legality of the various proposals of Sasmira trust before sanctioning the same. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | frauds worth several hundreads of crores of trust funds and trust property which actually belongs to public. |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | charity commissioner should perform his duty to ensure that Sasmira trust runs as per the law and punish the malpractising individuals using powers vested in charity commissioner. other government departments should cancel all sanctions given to the various proposals of real estate development and other alterations to the property of Sasmira trust and should examine the legalities of all such proposals if received in the future. should take disciplinary action against all such individuals of sasmira who have obtained various sanctions by giving misleading and false information to the concerned authorities. |
