Services that were sought: | The goverment servents i.e mumbai police must see, and make sure that its officers are performing their duties, ie looking after and protecting law and the law abinding citizens properly, but it is very sad but that the common citizens are still suffring the harsh attitude of some corrupt officers. |

Problem/s I faced: | on 29-12-2008, around 11.00pm at goregaon police station, We the local residies of siddharth nagar would like to complain regarding the misbehaviour, and body assult, abusing language which was used by a on-duty officer(constable) who was also in an influence of alcohol to the best of my knowledge |

| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | no we were not able to do that. |
| 6. Result: | the result was that we were insulted by the constable physicaly and by abusing language, and ultimately we were pushed out of the above mentioned police station. |

| Suggestion 1: | sir,such officers do not deserve do hold a position in the goverment offices were people like you hold seats and perform your duty for the citizens.plz keep a machine in the police station which is used to in the drink and drive system so as to check these corrupt officers. |
