| 1. Period of incident: | Before 2007 |
| 2. Services that were sought: | the other party in collusion with bank officials and recovery dept. had illegally taken possession of my stock and machinery so they could vacate me from the premises |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | firstly the loan was not mine secondly my locks and shutters were broken and physical possession taken,back dated applications will suddenly appear and backdated orders passed on them,documents favouring us or statements in our favour will disappear from the records our evidences disregarded |
| 4. Bribe amount: | bribes were from the opposite party though recovery inspector would hint at meeting the recovery off |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | appointments of al l Presiding officers and Recovery officers to be thoroughly screened they be trained specifically about Drt laws and Income Tax recovery laws Diminish certain powers of recovery officers ,all valuation reports should be open to indipendant review and if found otherwise appropriate punitive action to be taken all auctions should be as per law under independent officer and thoroughly transparent, |
| Suggestion 2: | firstly the reason for account becoming Npa should be checked as to it is not because of Banks over exhuberance or an officials vested interest ,secondly apart from rojnama which too was mutilated and changed in my case all documents on receipt to be stamped and attested and a list maintained,all undesirable charachters should not be allowed to interfere in courts proceedings like in our case there was Mr.Narinder Shah Known cheater A Chronic Litigant used to stand near Ro and dictate proceeding |

| Suggestion 1: | beyond a certain amount all auctions and sales to be thorougly checked,check why some pos and ros have been able to stick to their chairs though not alowed by the drt law check all assets and occasions like childrens marriages etc coomensurate to their known sources of income check that how some advocates are getting all orders in their favour and their escapades after courts with the officials visit drt offices at times and see for themselves how certain bidders move about in drt floting their metal cash bags see check theier assets ,thransactions and belonging for I fear some of them also use muscle and other powers to attain these properties also so check their nefarious link let us not be in any doubts dealings and money involved in drt is very big |
| Suggestion 2: | start a grivance redressal system for the public and litigants,all delays in orders unduly by Ro to have some appeal Mechanism for presently appeal can only be after his orders withno authority to civilcourt and high court to inervene only superior court is supreme court which firstly all can not afford and secondly if someones property is attached illegall he will be completly ruined by the time it reaches there which as in my case would have been more than two years so some inetermedite atho. |

| Suggestion 1: | do not take bank loans,if you take be sure about mortgages and collaterals for generally bank start stating they will keep something as collateral by just keeping the property papers in safe custody they then be fore disbursal make you go for equtable mortgage once you do that you render yourseves vulnerable to the succeding branch managers and accountants, |
| Suggestion 2: | go for lawyers only through proper references for like in my case I had to chang 4 for first was boughtover and thourly misguided me initially,the second was treatened impeachment by Recovery Officer the third was bought over by bank by offering dubai visit and involvement. keep a track of all exhibits keep taking certified copies of rojnamas and exhibits from time to time whether you need it or not. keep an indivually advisory authority like ex po etc apart from your own lawyer to save heartbur |
