| 1. Period of incident: | 2008 – Dec |
| 2. Services that were sought: | private octrai agency charging extra amount on the actual invoice price and making money as they wish. octrai supritendent is also invovolved and taking no action against the private agency. continuosly 4 th yr they are giving contract to him and making terms conidions to favour him |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | private agency is taking octrai as per their wish and original vat invoices are not considered and increasing the basic amt opf invoice to 20-30% and charging octrai. extra amt collection is being distributed between them hence commisioner not taking any action against the said agency. |

| Suggestion 1: | charge the octrai on actual invoice , not to incresase the as they wish . |

| Suggestion 1: | see that why the same agency getting the contarct contueously from alast 4 yr. |
