2. Services that were sought:	Passport Verification

3. Problem/s I faced:	He asked for Bribe to come and verify the documents

4. Bribe amount:	He was asking for more but we gave 100/rs

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	Yes, cause he was not leaving the house

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	IF in case we dont pay them then they will not forward the passport request

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	People who take bribe should be punished so they wont repeat this again

Suggestion 2:	Awareness should be spread among the people so that everyone who faces the problem of bribing the org. can come forward and lodge complaints against them.

Suggestion 3:	Because of the some corrupted officials people dont believe in them and get scared to lodge any complaint so they have to create confidence in people and they can act accordingly

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	Please act as soon as possible against corruption and dont see that its a less amount, if it doesnt stop now then it may be late ever.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	Awareness should be spread among the people so that everyone who faces the problem of bribing the org. can come forward and lodge complaints against them.
