| 1. Period of incident: | 2008 – Oct |
| 2. Services that were sought: | i had filed complaint against 5 people for allegedly cheating me for 200000 rupees and given proofsproper investigation |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | a bribery taken from opponents to dump the matter and on the contrary thraetened me to file cases on the muslim grounds and 3000 Rs. were taken from me against undisclosed fine on me by police officer |
| 4. Bribe amount: | 7000 from opponents, 3000 from complainant i.e. me |
| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | i was told that i am been fined Rs. 3000 by police department. the reciept is not given yet |

| 6. Result: | after i complained to sp office, nagar, the PI and PSI threatened me to take complaint back or they will file many cases against me. there are serious complaints of this duo by other citizans |

| Details of Content: | the matter is now in shrirampur dysp office being sent there by nagar sp for last 3 months. they are not properly investigating the matter nor filing jawabs of the opponents |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | the complaint was made by me for being cheated upon by 5 people one of them is lady whom i know since my childhood. they cheated upon me. i filed papers to the police station. I am on the contrary police are threatening me to take complaint back or they will file me many many fake casses. I am not a criominal nor political person. I have complained legally. |
| Suggestion 2: | i need jawabs taken of the names of the accused mentioned in the complaint. I need the reciept of 3000 Rs. fine imposed on me. I want the reason for the fine. I want serious investigations to be done by honest senior officer |
