| 2. Services that were sought: | we have requested them that our SRA Builder is fraud so please investigate and help us |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | but the collector and other officers of that office has not ready to listen our request and with our investigating the fact they are sending us notice to vacant our residance within 8 days time. |

| 6. Result: | They have again send us Notic to leave the house and called us for Hearing on 2.07.2009 in their above mentioned office at Rustomji House |

| Suggestion 1: | please dont behind money you have rights in your hand dont misuse them but give justic to the loyal people |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | Please do some thing for us my parents are old staying with a handicapped girl Builder has given bribe to Collector ( Borivali Mr. Gavali and Bandra Mr. Pawar, 7th Floor )so they are harassing us our Builder Mr. Suresh Solanki ( Cell 9323799666 9820127944 ) is pakka fraud you investigate for him and save us we don’t have time please do something immediately Land of SRA building is not in his name survey no. 419 mentioned in notice is having 13 rooms but builder has generated dummy papers and pass his own 4 rooms ( Total 18 rooms shown in SRA project ) also in survey no, 419 room no. 5 is of Mrs. Ramaben Bhavasar who is staying from last 52 years. Builder has passed his own commercial shop on that room. We have proof of everything, please investigate for the same |
