| 2. Services that were sought: | Issual of new ration card after cancellation of old ration card due to change of residence and addition of wife and childs name . |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | II had visited the rationing office at 10 am to get sign of the concerned area inspector for issuance of my ration card. I was told to meet Mr Parkhe the area inspector at 1400 hrs.accordingy i took the day off .At 1400 hrs I am told that Mr Parkhe is on leave and will not be available for a week. |

| Suggestion 1: | To pull up the rationing office incharge . If an officer is absent then I should have been informed in the morning itself which could have saved my leave for the day. their behaviour should be answerable |
