| 2. Services that were sought: | Discreet Inquiry # AVB/BMU/ ED no.52/ 2005. turned into Open inquiry # AVB/BMU/ ED no 33/2007. Anti Corruption should arrest the accuse police officer and confiscate his property. They also should investigate the corrupt Anti- Corruption officers who are involved in regarding investigation. |

Problem/s I faced: | Because I dare to file complaint against that ACP,he Thane police abused my 86 yeras old father to death, put my mentally incapable brother to Thane Jail under the charges of our father’s murder and made Thanepolice to file a false FIR gainst me to hold me back in India by confiscate my US passport. |

| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | Accused ACP laundered Lakhs of Rs through my NRE AC#114 from Dena Bank,Shree Nagar,Thane Branch. Between1993 and 1998. In 1999 Anti- Corruption Mumbai office refused to take my complaint against him |
| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | I haven’t and will not pay singal penny to get my work done. I refused to bribe Anti- Corruption office and Thane police. so they abused my father to death and put my abused brother to Thane jail. |

| D: My Suggestions | |
| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | Investigation officer should not get pressurized by his superior. Nor any investigation authority act under any minister’s influence. In my case Anti- Corruption office kept telling me that they don’t have enough man power. If that’s the fact then they should appoint more police officers. Each investigation officer should handled the number of cases which he or she could start to finish. No police officer should accept the transfer or new appointment still leaving his investigation cases incomplete. Which always result in complainer being frustrated having his complain in same status for years. Or in some cases even complainer end up taking law in his own hand. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | I would like to request CBI to investigate the Mumbai Anti- Corruption officers whom I filed the complaint against Mumbai ACP Mr, Vilas Arjun Shirke( Retired 2006 July), And would like to know in written that why the accused officer is still free ? why ACB office has not file FIR against Mr. Shirke under Open inquiry # AVB/BMU/ ED no 33/2007. ?? I would also like CBI to investigate Why high ranked police officers like DGP S.S.Virk Saheb , Mumbai CP Shivanandan Saheb and Joint CP Rakesh Maria saheb are sitting on Cheif and Home minister investgation order # Mu/Ma/ Sa/09/57963 and MumbaiCP,Joint CP ignored Virksaheb’s written order DGP/PA/ GENL /2009/164 too since 8 July’09. |

| Suggestion 1: | My situation is that I resides far away from India and living in fairly non- corrupt country for last 21 years. I still can not sink in the level of corruption we have in Indian Politics, Indian Police and Indian Judiciary system. My suggestion to the citizens that they should respect the law regardless. Shouldn’t give up on your birth right, that would be” leading your life in dignity.” When it comes to dealing with Government offices,Always get acknowledgement to your complaints and do follow up. If you think your complaint is getting ignored by involved government office then try to escalate the matter to their Superior offices. And if that doesn’t help then try to involve media and NGO like Karmayoga. May God Help Us All from this disgusting Corruption. |
