| 1. Period of incident: | 2008 – Mar |
| 2. Services that were sought: | Acceptance of my complaint and action thereon including an inquiry as per the releavant clauses of MSCW Act, 1993. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | The counsellor, Chowdhury remarked that without any spending by me, it is difficult to initiate any action. Later, I moved my complaint with NCW. NCW directed an inquiry.A political appointee on Board has sabotaged the process of inquiry and also tried to delay the Court process. Evidence tampered |
| 4. Bribe amount: | No indication given as I did not encourage the demand and therefore, I continue to be victimised. |
| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | No |
| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | No. However, it is evident that the accused has adequately incentivised MSCW members who have therefore indulged in derliction of duty and their core responsiblity. |
| 6. Result: | I escalated the matter but despite all efforts and with all evidence and instances as narrated in my commplaint, the Board member and the administrator officer continue to be responsible for my case. |
