Problem/s I faced: | All 21-stilt parking space are converted into full flage factory by thier owner reason we(New Gala owner since 2002 )could bot get parking space in industrial Estate.Plus Society Garden space also removed with old tree to make new parking space so that illigal factory run peacefully. |

| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | No,i am law abiding citizen of the Nation do not want to follow illigal process. |

| Suggestion 1: | #1)My suggestion is to digitise all the old hard copy drawing first. #2) Update with Digital picture every year so that comparesion can be followed up at administrive leval. At present Many Officer comes take digital picture than nothing happens after “settlment”? in past i have observed many office bearer are involved in above kind of internal extrenal space encrochment they are going scot free. Plus do not response to Notice #155? There should be sturn action for not presenting information to BMC Authority! The place which they have brought from the builder as Car parking at cost of Rs,Rs.30 to 50 thousand ruppes earlier attracts same MONTHLY rent amount today as Rateble value of the commercial location sakinaka has gone like Nariman point?As Once Mr.Patahk said people are offering space under high deposit amount rent Rs1,its surprising? Despite utilization of the sapce as commercial – A society office could not get single Naya paisa nor BMC geting any revenue? Why ? |
| Suggestion 2: | Providing all short of Protection to an honest office bearer is must. i.e.Secretary or Chairman In normal case i have found Police protection is very poor as they are already burden by hell lot of important job and most of the Honest people who wants to help the Authority to crub corruption among the SOCIETY are not geting justice and respect? |
| Suggestion 3: | Increse surprise raid thats the only solution to check LOCAL “Seting” mechanisum. Just punish one officer bearer as example rest will fall on its place. or set up a separate body who will deal with such type of crime in fast trake court. |

| Suggestion 1: | Of corse, Municipal bodys are having higest corruption in metro city,any time some officer comes and ask us,hey stop your work come to meet me,this short of things are going on after recent election in mumbai,even few officers using local Corporator name saying – this matter has came up in Vidhan shabha at point hrs we need answer from you or come for settlement. i.e.From illigal property owners. My suggestion is why not make these property legal after applying a heavy penalty to Gala owners as well as Society who allows such illigal construction ,at least Revenue will come to BMC coffer society office? I know this will be against law but than we have to decide “Cut off” date to allow or not to allow such structure in industrial estates of mumbai! As local authority municipal body should be given very high importance,same time there should be control over Currupt practices also. |
