| 2. Services that were sought: | I had asked the deputy registrar to investigate the iregularities and violation of the byelaws by our commettee members in our society, Sanskruti 31-34 CHS , Thakur complex , Kandivali(e) |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | I had submitted two complaints letter , one in sep.09and another in novemeber. No action was taken and then I put a RTI request which is also not responded even after 20 days. |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | There should be an inquiry of the deputy registrar first and there should be another inquiry that how many more complaints files are eating dust in his office unattended in his office. The staff strenth should be increased so as to increase the compliance of the work. There should be a strict action taken in my case after thorough investigation. The government should creat a deterrence valuer for autocratic secretaries of teh society commette. |
